Project: ARRAN Lavation Skincare Sub-Brand

Project Overview
Lavation is a conceptual skincare range developed as a premium sub-brand for ARRAN, designed to sit confidently within the existing brand while elevating its skincare offering.

The project included the design of a skincare gift box and four product packages, alongside a website landing page (web and mobile) and supporting social media assets. The visual direction was inspired by ARRAN’s Scottish coastal roots, focusing on calm, care, and natural beauty.

ARRAN’s existing map motif was adapted into the tissue paper design, while a sliding drawer box. Inspired by the brand’s perfume packaging was used to enhance the unboxing experience and reinforce a sense of premium craft.

The range was targeted at middle class consumers who value considered self-care, simplicity, and natural aesthetics.
